Bod Squad’s fitness classes for mums are individually tailored to meet your fitness level and goals, safely. With intimate class sizes you’ll enjoy great access to our experienced trainers, moving that body in a fun and friendly environment that will help you increase your fitness, strength and energy while socialising with other mothers. .baby optional 😉

This class takes no more than sixteen participants and runs from 10–11am on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting Monday 4 February. Classes are held in lovely shady locations between Lennox Head and Ballina.
