Bod Squad inspires women to live an active and healthy lifestyle, in a fun and challenging boot camp in a safe, inclusive environment.

Bod Squad’s fitness classes for mums are individually tailored to meet your fitness level and goals, safely. With intimate class sizes you’ll enjoy great access to our experienced trainers, moving that body in a fun and friendly environment that will help you increase your fitness, strength and energy while socialising with other mothers.

This class takes no more than sixteen participants and runs from 9:30–10:30am on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

Classes are held in lovely shady spots, across two locations:

  • Lennox Head and Ballina (you’ll move between both townships)

  • Byron Bay

Much like our signature 12-week challenge boot camp, these mama classes run for 12 weeks at a time, with our next challenge starting on the 16th of September. At just $40 per week direct debit, or $480 paid in full, this class is the perfect way for you to get your body moving.
