Bod Squad inspires women to live an active and healthy lifestyle, in a fun and challenging boot camp in a safe, inclusive environment.
Bod Squad’s fitness classes for mums are individually tailored to meet your fitness level and goals, safely. With intimate class sizes you’ll enjoy great access to our experienced trainers, moving that body in a fun and friendly environment that will help you increase your fitness, strength and energy while socialising with other mothers. .
This class takes no more than sixteen participants and runs from 10–11am on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting Monday 4 February. Classes are held in lovely shady locations between Lennox Head and Ballina.
Much like our signature 12-week challenge boot camp, these mama classes run for 12 weeks at a time. At just $30 per week direct debit, or $330 paid in full (giving you a one-week discount!), this class is the perfect way for you to get your body moving.
