AN10-week STRENGTH PROGRAM, designed for women, by women.

A 10-week strength program – 4 weeks to build strength – starting with technique and form, while gradually building up to heavier weights; a full week of ‘d-load’, and then another 4-week strength program followed by another ‘d-load’ week. Of course, we have some cheeky cardio thrown in there because it wouldn’t be a Bod Squad program without it!
