FAQ

⏰ Can I train anytime?

If you have a Standard or Mums Membership, you’ll be locked into one training time slot per day (which is great for accountability!). However, if you’re rockin’ a Gold Membership, you’ll be able to train at any time.

🏋‍♂ Do I need equipment?

All equipment for outdoor workouts will be supplied. Please just bring water, and a mat or towel.

🧘‍♀ Will the workouts be the same?

No two workouts will be the same. We promise to deliver you the best workout we can every single day – and like to keep you on your toes!

🙆🏻‍♂️ CAN MEN JOIN BOD SQUAD?

Unfortunately not. We offer female-specific training in a safe, inclusive environment exclusively for women. Men are MORE than welcome to join our free Facebook group, Bod Squad keeps Australia moving, though.

🏃🏼‍♀️ IS BOD SQUAD SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

Bod Squad is suitable for all fitness levels – our training programs are tailored for beginners to advanced. That means that if you haven’t done any exercise for 10 years, you’re going to be okay. We've designed a program that is suited to wherever you are on your fitness journey. Haven’t worn sneakers for 5 years? We’ve got you.

👵🏼 AM I TOO OLD?

Never! You can transform your body and mind at any age. Remember to only do what you can do: if you can’t do an exercise, the team will either help you modify it or you can just march it out until you feel comfortable. If you’re concerned, have a chat with your doctor before committing.

😞 WILL I BE JUDGED FOR BEING UNFIT?

Nope. Any age, any fitness level, we’re all on the same team. There’s no place for judgment at Bod Squad.

🤰🏼 I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION/AM INJURED/PREGNANT/BREASTFEEDING. CAN I STILL JOIN THE CHALLENGE?

If you’re pregnant, diabetic, have a medical condition, an injury or a physical disability, please consult your doctor or professional healthcare provider before starting the challenge. Each training session includes modifications for each exercise, so you can work at the intensity that suits you best.
